Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions — we simply believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as we’ve packed your order and handed it over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll be sure to let our community know first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just reach out to us at info@silkybags.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
